  • Collaborate with academic andadministrative departments to understand their requirements andtranslate them into effective solutions within the Bannersystem.
  • Configure and customize Banner ERPmodules to align with the university's unique businessprocesses and requirements.
  • Conduct systemtesting and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance andreliability of the Banner ERP.
  • Collaborate withtechnical teams to define integration requirements and ensureseamless data flow between Banner and other universitysystems.
  • Provide end-user training and support,addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to the BannerERP system.
  • Monitor system performance, analyzedata, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement andoptimize system functionality.
  • Stay up-to-datewith the latest enhancements and updates in Banner ERPfunctionality and proactively propose system enhancements toenhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to implement systemupgrades and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintainsystem documentation, including functional specifications, usermanuals, and training materials.
  • Provideguidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a cultureof knowledge sharing and continuouslearning.

GeneralConditions:

  • Provenexperience as Banner Functional Expert, working with Banner ERP,Argos in a higher education environment.
  • Strongunderstanding of higher education business processes, includingadmissions, student records, academic advising, and financialmanagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Banner ERPmodules and functionality, including configuration, customization,and integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and abilityto write complex queries for data analysis andreporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving andanalytical skills, with the ability to identify system issues,perform root cause analysis, and propose effectivesolutions.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersat all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks,manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.
  • Experience with systemtesting, quality assurance, anddocumentation.
