Ourclient is a large construction company is currently looking for aNOC Coordinator / Engineer who will be responsible for all projectrelated activities for Abu Dhabilocation.

Inthis role you will have the followingresponsibilities:

Responsiblefor coordinating and handling all project related activitiesrelated to applications and approvals with public authoritiesincluding construction permits and NOCs Permit to Work (PTW)project related permits and paperwork to ensure a smoothadministrationprocess.

Completepreparation of construction permits and permittowork applicationsin order to ensure that they are promptly processed throughappropriateauthorities.
Participate in the continuous improvement of related processes andprocedures to ensure optimal customer service in thedepartment.
Ability to approach to all legal authorities to apply and obtainall required NOCs relocation permit etc. These authorities includebut not limited to Civil Defense ADDC ADSSC DOT ADM/ DM Etisalat DuTranscoetc.
Submit requests for all legal permits issuance and renewals(municipality advertisement signage sale permits commerce firedepartment civil information health and others) and follow up withthe appropriate public authorities for theirissuance.
Build and maintain a strong network of relations with GovernmentAuthorities in order to facilitate requestprocessing.
Represent the company at different platforms like AirportsEmbassies PoliceStation
Ministries/Municipalitiesand other Government Departments if and whenrequired.
Provide administrative support to project managers and work closelywith project documentcontrollers.
Collect and give regular updates on all work and immigrationstandards from the government offices to keep the Line Manager wellinformed of any changes in procedures andrules.
Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rentcontract attestation in governmentagencies.
Diligently verify gather and research relevant information andprocedures related to business activities that the clients wish toundertake under their tradelicenses.

RequirementsTheIdeal Candidate wouldhave:

EducationBachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering

FunctionalCompetencies

Expertisewith multiple online agency portals
Have existing network/contacts atgovernmentagencies

Experience

Minimum5 years of experience in a similar position in the constructionindustry.

LanguageFluent in Arabic and English read / write
Computer Skills Proficiency in MSoffice (Well versed in Microsoft Word &Excel)

HoldsUAE driving license & owns acar
