In this 100% remote role, you'll be leading our email marketing strategy, leveraging customer data to create targeted campaigns that drive revenue and increase LTV.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive sales, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Segment customer data to create personalized email experiences based on purchase history, browsing behaviour, and demographics.
  • Analyse cohort data to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at increasing customer LTV.
  • Develop a test and learn framework and roadmap to continuously improve our email marketing.
  • Design and optimise email automation to streamline communication and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns to grow the total email subscriber base.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high-converting email sign-up forms that maximize subscriber acquisition.
  • Work with graphic designers to create high-converting email campaign designs that drive engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to be aligned with the business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends and best practices.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to increase CLTV through targeted email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and customer journeys.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo preferred).
  • A passion for e-commerce and a desire to make a significant impact on our company's growth.
