We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Education Sector)

Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Salary base + 5% commission

Edukko is expanding We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales initiatives and grow our network of students, parents, and schools.

What You'll Do

  1. Promote and sell education packages (IB, A Level, GCSE, University, etc.)
  2. Build strong relationships with families, students, and educational institutions
  3. Create proposals and close deals with high attention to academic needs
  4. Collaborate with our academic team to deliver high-quality solutions

You Bring

  1. Sales or business development experience (education field preferred)
  2. Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  3. Knowledge of international curricula is a bonus
  4. Self-motivation and a hunger to grow
  5. UAE Driving License is a must

What You Get

  1. AED 1,500/month base salary
  2. 5% commission per package sold (uncapped earnings)
