Lead the process of setting monitoring and reviewing qualitystandards for all services and operations ensuring they align withSeven s luxury branding and customerexpectations.

Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for processimprovements streamline operations and enhance customersatisfaction.

Implement and manage a continuous quality improvement (CQI) programincluding the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) forall operationalaspects.

Oversee regular quality audits inspections and reviews to ensureadherence to established standards andregulations.

Facilitate staff training and development sessions focused onquality improvement techniques and customer serviceexcellence.

Lead crossfunctional teams to drive process improvement initiativesthat enhance operational efficiency reduce costs and improveservicequality.

Manage the integration of customer feedback into processimprovement plans ensuring a customercentric approach to serviceenhancement.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in quality management and processimprovement within the fitness and wellness industry applying bestpractices to Seven soperations.

RequirementsProvenexperience as a Process Quality Manager or a similarrole.
Degreeor relevantcertification.
Strongknowledge ofExperiencewith quality assurance managementdate analysisskills.
Excellentorganizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to workin a fastpaced environment and handle pressureeffectively.
Strong communication and teamworkskills.
