These brands include major international andregional names such as Time Out Arabian Business Harper s Bazaar GQand ConstructionWeek.

Corporatecommunications are centered on creating and distributing messagesto staff company stakeholders media contacts and the generalpublic. The incumbent has multiple roles ranging from publicrelations marketing and communication between management andemployees. As the Corporate Content Producer the incumbent willwrite press releases use social media and create articles for thecorporate intranet. A strong understanding of ITP Media Group sstrategic objective brand guidelines and working to keepcommunication consistent and positive both within the company andin the publiceye.

Theincumbent will manage the CEO & ITP s online presence bydeveloping a social media strategy producing excellent contentanalysing data identifying trends in customer interactions andplanning social campaigns to build an online community andcommunicate corporate values. The incumbent should be a highlymotivated creative individual with experience in copywriting and apassion for creating content in all itsforms.

TheCorporateContent Producerwillprimarily be responsible for but not limited to thefollowing:

OrganisationalCommunication
  • Liaisewith the corporate and brand teams to source / identifyopportunities forcommunications
  • Developdigital communications to achieve corporateobjectives
  • Supportcontribute and comply with quality and governance procedures asoutlined by the code of conduct of the UAE and corporateguidelines
  • Writingand distributing press releases to garner coverage for ITP MediaGroup
  • Monitorall media platforms for mentions of ITP Media Group its brands andkeyemployees
  • Devisea plan to address unfavourable press coverage ormisinformation

ContentStrategy &Management

  1. Administerthe creation and publishing of relevant original highqualitycontent (for all corporate channels) including copywriting longformarticles video ideating filming andediting
  1. Workclosely with the Corporate Admin Director to deliver the overallcontent strategy commensurate with the brand strategy and directionacross both internal and externalplatforms
  1. Workclosely with the Corporate Admin Director to design and deliverfarreaching social mediacampaigns
  1. Identifyand improve organisational development aspects to serve as contentin collaboration with Human Resources (i.e.: employee trainingrecognition and rewards for participation in ITP s marketing andonline reviewbuilding).
  1. Leveragethe right online tools to managecontent
  1. Analyzingthe company s social media strategy and identifying strategicweaknesses and making recommendations forimprovements
  1. Researchingsocial media trends and informing management of changes that arerelevant to the company s marketingactivities
  1. Implementan editorial content calendar to manage content and plan specifictimelycampaigns
Seeksnew methods and creative strategies to increase internal andexternal awareness of key events and changes in the businessincluding the launch of new products special events local andglobal community service and other topics ofinterest

Strategicinsight and planning including ideating on social media strategyand assisting in devising campaign tactics

  2. Developand implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalfof ITP Media Group that represents the corporate identity andpromotes and supports the trajectory of thecompany

Analytics&Reporting
Manageoverall analytics for social media including daily weekly monthlyand adhoc reportingon:
  • Campaignperformance social interaction and digital communications
  • Anyadhoc projects and / or tasks as required by thebusiness

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills.
