  • Provides consultation to theclient as needed, focusing on best learning practices to addresstraining needs.
  • Plans, records, tracks, andmanages learning solutions from start to finish according tolearning project management standards (ADDIE cycle), includingmanaging internal stakeholder feedback to meet needs andexpectations and maintaining projectdocumentation.
  • Conducts learning needs analysisto identify challenges or opportunities within the client'sbusinesses and the benefits they will receive by addressing theseneeds.
  • Identifies metrics to track theeffectiveness of learning solutions in achieving business outcomes,along with key behaviors necessary for desiredoutcomes.
  • Identifies processes and systemsneeded to monitor, encourage, reinforce, and reward performance ofcritical behaviors, as well as details about the audience andlearning intervention.
  • Conducts Performance GapAnalyses when necessary to determine if learning can addressbusiness needs and confirms other causes and solutions forperformance gaps.
  • Coordinates with internalstakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for moving to the designphase.
  • Provides detailed design insights onknowledge, skills, and attitudes to guide what the Airside FireServices workforce needs to learn and to form the basis forlearning objectives.
  • Designs the learning ValueChain Planner, a blueprint for developing the learning solutionbased on information gathered during needsanalysis.
  • Details learning outcomes, topicsunder each learning domain (knowledge, skills, and attitude), linksof learning outcomes to critical behaviors and business outcomes,delivery methods, a high-level description of learning activities,assessment methods, duration of learning events, and evaluationlevels, domains, methods, and tools.
  • Ensureslearning solutions align with the client's learningstandards, values, and behaviors.
  • Designsengaging learning interventions, activities, and compelling coursecontent using adult learning design methods to create a positivelearning environment that enhances knowledge, behavior, andapplication retention and transfer.
  • Oversees ordelivers pilots of new courses as needed to align with businessneeds and expectations.
  • Maintains proficiencyin various learning authoring tools/technology and stays currentwith design trends/thinking to enhance the learningexperience.
  • Assembles content as described inthe learning design phase, adhering to learning quality standards(plagiarism, copyright, branding,etc.).
  • Develops supporting material per theclients' learning standards (lesson plans, visual aids,activity sheets, etc.) to ensure an impactful learningexperience.
  • Meets learning design benchmarksper industry best practice.
  • Facilitatesinstructor-led sessions (both face-to-face and virtual) foremployees as required.
  • Designs assessmentmethods (formative and summative) and evaluation mechanisms atlevels 1 to 3.
  • Assesses learner knowledge andskills acquisition during instructor-ledsessions.
  • Provides consultation on transfer oflearning and workplace readiness.
  • Usesevaluation results to modify/design content and improvecourses.
  • Evaluates and report progress tostakeholders.
