Our client is a leader in the blockchain and Web3 space, providing industry-leading infrastructure and staking solutions. They work with institutional clients, including exchanges, asset managers, custodians, wallets, and major token holders, to optimize crypto rewards and deliver a suite of services such as reward optimization, API development, rewards reporting, governance support, and slashing protection.
With a remote-first presence across 12+ countries, our client is on a mission to accelerate the adoption, growth, and long-term success of the Web3 ecosystem. They are building the infrastructure that powers the decentralized future.
About the Opportunity
As an Account Executive , you will spearhead business development efforts across the UAE and MENA region. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and executing new opportunities, building strong relationships with institutional clients, and representing the company in the region. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain technology and Web3 innovation.
This position will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, working remotely with a global team.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Be the first representative on the ground in the Middle East, driving business growth in the UAE and MENA region.
- Identify and execute on new opportunities to increase revenue for the institutional staking business.
- Build strong relationships with institutional clients, including exchanges, asset managers, family offices, and major token holders.
- Represent the company in media engagements, conferences, industry forums, and in meetings with local clients and regulators.
- Support regulatory and policy efforts to ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable local requirements.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to inform products and user experiences tailored to the needs of regional clients.
- Provide insights on regional market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic corporate opportunities to the leadership team.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with some or all of it in the Middle East.
- Currently working in the Middle East and have strong relationships with crypto and traditional finance (TradFi) clients in the region.
- Experience in family offices, asset management, venture capital, or fund management in the Middle East.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and nurturing them through the sales cycle while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong customer advocacy skills and the ability to drive customer expansion.
- Experience with CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with familiarity in staking.
- Self-starter who thrives in building businesses in fast-developing sectors and can manage all stages of the sales cycle.
- Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and enjoys collaborating with a growing team.
- Experience engaging with financial and legal regulators and managing a business or business unit subject to regulatory oversight.
- Excellent business communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of regulated financial services operations (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit).
- Experience working in a multinational business environment.

Must be a UAE national or possess a valid UAE residency visa with the right to work, as this role requires local employment arrangements.
