PositionOverview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business DevelopmentExecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a drivenprofessional with exceptional negotiating skills strategic salesacumen and outstanding communication abilities. This role involvesgrowing our client base building lasting relationships andcontributing to the overall success of our business. You will playa crucial role in ensuring that Best DOC remains at the forefrontof home healthcare services in the UAE.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Identify and developnew business opportunities within Dubai.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with potential and existingclients through effective networking and relationshipbuilding.
  • Negotiate contracts and close dealsto achieve sales growth targets.
  • Develop andimplement strategic sales plans to expand the companys customerbase and ensure its strong presence in themarket.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketingteam to identify and execute on opportunities for marketexpansion.
  • Provide feedback and market insightsto the management team to support business decisions andproduct/serviceenhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proventrack record of successful sales growth networking and relationshipbuilding.
  • Strong negotiation sales andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • Strategicthinker with excellent organizational and problemsolvingskills.
  • Experience in a sales role is highlyappreciated.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is aplus.
  • A valid driving license and Car ispreferred as the role may requiretravel
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or related fieldpreferred.
