What We Are Looking For:Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a comparable role.In-depth understanding of local laws and regulations governing property management.Proven track record in managing residential properties.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a history of software upgrading.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Previous experience in reporting and dashboards.Possession of a Valid UAE Driving License and Car.Experienced in team management.Must be available in the UAE.Benefits
