In this role, youwill:

  • Workcross functionally to accommodate client needs forrenewal
  • Own the auto-renewal component of thecustomer journey
  • Organize, prioritize, andimprove auto-renewal processes to maximize revenue and a positivecustomer experience
  • Communicate patterns andguide process improvement projects with RenewalLeadership
  • Champion, role model, and embed ourcultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the LongTerm, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as wescale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirementsfor the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales,account management, sales operations, or other customer-facingpositions
  • High level of interest in the IoTspace
  • Excitement around growing a salescareer
  • Motivated to be in a goal-oriented,quota-carrying role
  • Comfortable in a dynamic,customer facing environment
  • Strongorganizational skills and business judgment with the ability tohandle projects end-to-end
  • Bachelor’sdegree from a 4-yearinstitution
