An Jafza basedintegrated Logistics company (confidential is looking for a highlymotivated Logistic Coordinator who is willing to learn &growprofessionally.

Requirement.

  • Knowledge of regulation, rules, andbest practices of logistics in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Trade - EMIRSAL 2.
  • Ability to work with littlesupervision and track multiple processes.
  • Asuccessful candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics forimport, export, shipping, customs clearance, documentation,warehousing
  • Outstanding organizational andcoordination abilities.
  • * Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. * Able to use MS office,PowerPoint, Excel, and some other PC applications. * Fluent inEnglish (Mandatory), Hindi & Malayalam preferred but notmandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years industry experiencepreferred in JAFZA

Role.

  • Handle custom clearance procedures ofDubai / UAE Customs for import / exportshipments
  • Ensure proper Customs documentationand Statutory Compliance
  • Coordinate allshipment related activities of customers
  • ManageTransfers within the Free Zone/ Mainland /Inter-Emirates
  • Monitor container arrival statusat port and make suitable arrangement to clear consignment on timeto avoid port storage, detention and demurragecharges
  • Prepare Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Origin etc as required
  • Preparenecessary documents for Import duty exemption and exportshipments
  • Coordinate and negotiate best ratesfor transport / shipping etc
  • Inventorymanagement in coordination with WH team
  • Check/reconcile data in the packing list with tally sheet/GRN receivedfrom warehouse during inboundshipment
  • Coordinate with customer and warehousefor all shipment related activities suchdamages/discrepancies/short/excess/ product picturesetc
  • Similarly reconcile GDN data with pick listduring outbound
  • Identify and address anylogistics related issues, discuss with concerned teams and escalateif not resolved with reasonabletimeframe
  • Identify any procedural lacuna tominimize/eliminate delays/customer satisfaction and ensure costeffective operations
