JobSummary.

Responsible for allinternal and external material movements related to AUH facility.Responsible for all warehouse functions. Please only apply if youhave sufficient experience and skills required as per jobdescription below.

Duties& Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory accuracyphysically and electronically
  • Work closely withexternal and internal customers for all incoming and outgoingshipments.
  • Maintain and document allcustomer-supplied property in safe and easily identifiedway
  • Manage all transactions and coding onweb-based data-uploading systems.
  • Record anddocument all shipment-related details like shipment, customs,deposit charges etc
  • Co-ordinate with freightforwards and local authorities for all shipment-relatedactivities.
  • Co-ordinate with buyers andsuppliers for shipment of purchased items.
  • Workclosely with planning and production for material and informationflow to facilitate production.
  • Managinginventory accuracy physically andelectronically
  • Conduct cycle counts andperiodic counts on inventory
  • Manage dailytransactions on work orders like closing of work orders, issuingmaterial to work orders

FACILITY SPECIFICRESPONSIBLITIES :

  • Lead and participate NOV dailymanagement meetings
  • Update management onincoming shipments and issues related.
  • Updatemanagement on inventory health andposition.
  • Ensure all HSE requirements tofacility are met and be a safety leader.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma orequivalent - any discipline

EXPERIENCE:

  • Min 3 yrs experience in a similarfield.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevantexperience in the Middle East.

SKILLS &COMPETENCIES:

  • JD Edwards Knowledge andskills
  • MS officeskills.
