About Us: MEIDE Group is a global leader in the manufacturing of ductile iron pipes, valves, malleable iron fittings, and pipeline system solutions, with a footprint in over 100 countries. As part of our strategic growth in Serbia, we are looking for a capable and experienced Country Sales Manager to join us and support market development in the region. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the design, development, and execution of the organization’s operational strategy to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives, focusing on optimizing processes and achieving efficiency across all functions. Take overall responsibility for setting and approving area budgets that align with the organization’s strategy. Ensure effective allocation of resources to support short- and long-term goals while maintaining financial discipline and achieving organizational objectives. Manage and report on business performance, ensuring accountability across teams. Hold direct reports accountable for making business plans and implementing corrective actions as needed to meet objectives. Balance the delivery of short-term business goals with the long-term value creation for stakeholders. Lead the development of annual and longer‑term business plans for key functions or business areas. Ensure these plans are aligned with the organization’s overall strategy, including quantifying business outcomes such as revenue growth, KPIs, and resource budgets. Facilitate integration of critical projects across the organization to achieve synergies. Set and communicate the strategic direction for achieving the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Inspire and mobilize a large and diverse workforce, fostering commitment to organizational goals and driving extraordinary results through effective leadership and alignment with the company’s values. Lead operational strategy design and execution, ensuring full alignment with corporate objectives. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the field of iron pipes/valves/fittings, etc., with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a national sales management role. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading high‑performing sales teams. In‑depth knowledge of the national market dynamics, customer segments, and distribution channels in the related field. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and inspire a large sales team across different regions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to identify market opportunities and challenges, and develop effective solutions. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in English , Arabic is a plus. Familiar with using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management software. Willingness to travel nationally as required.
