: As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients, guests, and employees. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and providing essential administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet clients, guests, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls efficiently, taking messages and providing information as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and reception area. Manage visitor access by issuing visitor badges and maintaining a log of visitors. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients. Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry. Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment. Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
