- The ability to motivate and lead the team
- Flexibility, commitment and ability to work under stress.
- Experience in developing Business plan, Budgets, etc.
- 3+ years experience as Supervisor/Manager in handling FMCG/ Hospitality/ Horeca Channel. Competencies:

- Positive attitude & Self Belief: Should be a good listener, confident, builds good customer relation & have positive approach towards customers, subordinates and the company.
