The CEO office is dynamic and fast-paced with multiple business concerns and demanding schedules. The role of the EA is responsible for coordinating and managing key initiatives under CEO\xe2\x80\x99s direction. Involving project planning, execution, and communication requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The EA liaises with the Executives, internal and external stakeholders prioritizing the tasks and ensuring successful delivery and completion of the projects. Additionally, EA handles confidential information, reporting, overlooks internal audits and the organization of C-level visits and events/meetings.
What you do
The UW Assistant Manager will provide strategic, commercial, and underwriting advice by evaluating and managing underwriting risks associated with group medical policies. In this role the UW AM will drive underwriting project to improve processes and streamline the underwriting methodology. As part of this function the UW AM will coach and manage the resources in collaboration with the Underwriting Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Organizes and manages the various tasks/projects of the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office in order support the business priorities; provide general administrative support to assigned projects Directs, organizes, and controls project activities under the direction of the CEO. Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization and externally on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities; develops and maintains good working relationships across the organization. Attends client/stakeholder meetings (as directed) to determine project requirements; effectively communicates relevant project information and updates to project stakeholders. Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Committee meetings as well as other internal/external meetings; prepares meeting agendas, minutes, summaries and maintains track of the priority lists and projects updates. Works independently and coordinates with other members of the senior management on special projects assigned by the CEO. Collects and interprets data to produce reports; prepares proposals and business plan documents as needed. Prepares communication and presentation material for the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s strategic communication initiatives; work closely with Marketing & Communication Department as needed. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables that facilitates CEO\xe2\x80\x99s ability to fulfill his responsibilities. Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy .
Additional responsibilities :
May be required to provide personal assistance to the CEO if directed, Manages calendar bookings and travel itinerary of the CEO in coordination with the PA. in the absence of the PA. Liaises with other support functions (HR, Office & Facilities, IT, & Finance) for business purposes
