As a Business Development Manager at Diamond Box Advertising LLC, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the advertising and printing industry. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market insights and client feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of the advertising and printing industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
