The Candidate
As Assistant Director of information Technology, you will join a committed information technology team, driven with the intent of delivering \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-star\xe2\x80\x99 experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.
We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think \xe2\x80\x98on your feet\xe2\x80\x99 during changing situations is also essential.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritizes and fulfill guest incidents and requests as per FIVE service standards.
Directs and manages the implementation, support, enhancement, and utilization of data and telecommunication systems utilizing internal, corporate, and vendor resources.
Verifies that resources are utilized to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Directs the activities and monitors the performance of the Information Technology staff in support of computer operations, operating systems, database administration, desktop/help desk support, telecommunications, data networks, and system security. This includes cross training staff to provide consistent support.
Assist in Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting
Assists in evaluation, selection, and implementation process for software, hardware, and/or consultants for specific projects when applicable.
Monitors and controls all technology-impacted revenues and expenses generated by the property including, but not limited to telecommunications, business center technologies and A/V.
Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other employees.
Reviews guest feedback with leadership team and verifies appropriate corrective action is taken.
Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. Uses personal judgment and expertise to enhance the customer experience.
