Tasks As the Customer Service Manager, you will perform the following duties:
Central contact for major accounts, reporting to Head of Customer Service in Hamburg.
Administrating repair events for our airline customers in the region.
Negotiating sales orders with airline and aviation MRO customers.
Build up relationship network in Middle East, (North) African and Turkish market.
Monitor and develop the accounts due payment process.
Handling, coordinating and documenting customer queries.
Handling local material with external service providers.
Arrange and document material supply measures.
Arrange the return of the equipment to the customer and/or repair facilities.
Handle special assignments and projects.
Takeover of additional tasks when is required. Technical education such as aeronautical engineering, aviation or comparable.
Experience with business analytics and engineering physics.
Relevant work experience in material management, in a technical background or in maintenance and repair of aircrafts required.
Experience in working with commercial responsibility.
Knowledge of and correlation of business administration.
Advanced knowledge in relevant IT systems (MS Office, SAP R/3).
English language.
German language or other language desirable.
Ability to be persuasive and assertive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of customer service skills.
Willingness to travel.
