: Are you a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for finance and a desire to gain real-world experience? DAMAC Properties is seeking a Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work in a globally recognized luxury real estate company and contribute to real finance projects. As a Finance Intern, you will assist our finance professionals in various areas, gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategy within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data and help identify trends and insights to support decision-making. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into systems and spreadsheets. Maintain and update financial records. Research: Conduct financial research and analysis on market trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making. Supporting Finance Team: Collaborate with the finance team in various tasks, including preparing financial presentations and ad-hoc reports. Compliance: Assist in ensuring financial operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations. Process Improvement: Participate in identifying areas for process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the finance team to support the department\'s objectives.
Requirements to apply Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Attention to detail and accuracy.
