Un Supervisor de Spa de es responsable de dirigir al equipo del spa y de realizar los tratamientos para que los huéspedes y miembros disfruten de una excelente experiencia, y, a la vez, ayuda a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas e ingresos.



¿Qué voy a estar haciendo?

Como Supervisor de Spa, serà responsable de dirigir al equipo del spa y de realizar los tratamientos para que los huéspedes y miembros disfruten de una excelente experiencia. Un Supervisor de Spa también deberà alcanzar los objetivos de ventas e ingresos y ocuparse de los comentarios de los clientes. Específicamente, serà responsable de realizar las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con los estÃndares mÃs altos:

  • Dirigir y realizar procedimientos, conocer los tratamientos mÃs nuevos y asegurar que todos ellos cumplan con la legislación vigente y con los estÃndares de la empresa
  • Asegurar que los clientes disfruten de una excelente experiencia en lo que respecta a reservaciones, pagos y tarjetas de consulta
  • Interactuar y comunicarse de manera efectiva con los clientes, miembros, miembros del equipo, huéspedes y el equipo de gerencia
  • Asegurar que el equipo trabaje de forma adecuada a fin de lograr los objetivos del departamento y asegurar que las ventas se registren con precisión
  • Asegurar que los miembros, clientes y huéspedes cumplan con las reglas del club y con las normas de salud, seguridad y control de sustancias peligrosas para la salud (COSHH)
  • Ocuparse de los comentarios de los clientes de manera efectiva para asegurar que los inconvenientes o las felicitaciones lleguen al personal superior para que se realicen mejoras a largo plazo de los productos y servicios
  • Cumplir con las regulaciones del hotel en materia de seguridad, incendios, salud y seguridad
