CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE :

L\'ing\xc3\xa9nieur support sur le terrain (FSE) est responsable de la fonction de support du syst\xc3\xa8me IFEC (In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity) de Thales. Le FSE fournit une assistance technique aux \xc3\xa9quipes de maintenance interne et externe sur le syst\xc3\xa8me IFEC de Thales en ce qui concerne l\'exploitation, la maintenance et le d\xc3\xa9pannage.

Le FSE, lorsqu\'il est sur place, est une interface technique entre le client et l\'organisation r\xc3\xa9gionale ou centrale de Thales et repr\xc3\xa9sente Thales devant les clients. Les horaires de travail peuvent varier \xe2\x80\x93 flexibilit\xc3\xa9 requise.

Principaux domaines de responsabilit\xc3\xa9 :

- Phase 1 : Ing\xc3\xa9nieur syst\xc3\xa8me - situ\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 Irvine (USA - 6 mois)

Effectuer l\'int\xc3\xa9gration, la v\xc3\xa9rification et la validation de la derni\xc3\xa8re g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ration du syst\xc3\xa8me de divertissement et de connectivit\xc3\xa9 en vol (IFEC) de Thales.

Effectuer des tests et des d\xc3\xa9pannages sur l\'IFEC (SW/ HW) en utilisant des simulateurs de rack d\'avion.

R\xc3\xa9aliser des plans de test bas\xc3\xa9s sur les exigences du client et de l\'interface graphique, ainsi que sur les exigences de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.

Collaborer avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe SW et la direction pour s\'assurer que tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes sont r\xc3\xa9solus dans le respect des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ances pr\xc3\xa9vues.

Participer aux essais d\'acceptation finale du syst\xc3\xa8me (FSAT).

- Phase 2 : Ing\xc3\xa9nieur junior de support sur le terrain - situ\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 Duba\xc3\xaf (EAU - 18 mois)

Fournir une expertise en mati\xc3\xa8re de maintenance et de d\xc3\xa9pannage IFEC (\xc3\xa0 distance ou sur site) aux \xc3\xa9quipes de maintenance des compagnies a\xc3\xa9riennes.

Fournir une assistance sur le terrain (y compris les appels de maintenance, les demandes d\'assistance des clients, etc.) pour aider \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9partition des avions dans les d\xc3\xa9lais avec un niveau \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9 de performances du syst\xc3\xa8me IFEC et de satisfaction des clients.

Enqu\xc3\xaater sur les \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements critiques en service (par exemple, les plaintes des cadres, les vols prolong\xc3\xa9s dans l\'obscurit\xc3\xa9, etc.)

Fournir, en back office, des recommandations de maintenance pour les avions non performants ou chroniques.

Identifier les probl\xc3\xa8mes syst\xc3\xa9miques sur la base des actions de maintenance r\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xa9titives effectu\xc3\xa9es, du retour d\'information ou des rapports des principales parties prenantes (y compris les clients, le personnel de cabine, la maintenance en ligne, l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie, etc.)

Cr\xc3\xa9er, mettre \xc3\xa0 jour et valider les donn\xc3\xa9es techniques de maintenance ou d\'installation (MPD, AMM, SB).

Pr\xc3\xa9parer et distribuer des rapports d\'activit\xc3\xa9 aux principales parties prenantes (par ex. PM, client, direction g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale, ...) Fournir un retour d\'information et des contributions pour l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration des outils de contr\xc3\xb4le (outil au sol, analyseur, outil sur l\'aile) et des processus.

Repr\xc3\xa9senter techniquement Thales IFEC devant les clients (repr\xc3\xa9sentation sur site \xc3\xa0 temps plein ou visites temporaires).

Vous devrez constamment apprendre et vous former sur les nouveaux produits, les nouvelles fonctions et les probl\xc3\xa8mes de performance en travaillant en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les d\xc3\xa9partements concern\xc3\xa9s tels que l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie du support client, les op\xc3\xa9rations centrales, les programmes clients et les stations de r\xc3\xa9paration.
