Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Site Operations

Responsibilities:

Site Electrical Maintenance: Oversee and manage daily electrical maintenance activities at AtkinsR\xc3\xa9alis sites. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems. Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly. Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement effective and sustainable solutions. Respond to emergency repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid issue resolution. Optimization and Upgrades: Identify opportunities for system optimization and energy efficiency improvements. Plan and execute upgrades to electrical infrastructure in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety codes, standards, and regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Generate regular reports on the performance and condition of electrical systems. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on site operations. Proven track record of successful project management and leadership. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
