First tasks and responsibilities:
  • Managing the General Manager\'s schedule, receiving guests and providing the necessary requirements for that
  • Accompanying the Director General on official visits and attending meetings
  • Manage the General Manager\'s Office team and its affiliated units
  • Supervising the correspondence, credits and e-mail of the Director General\'s office
  • Supervising the mail presentation file to the General Manager and following up on implementation
  • Supervision of committees and projects in the Ministry
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of receiving VIP visitors while ensuring adherence to the procedures and protocol followed in this regard
  • Receiving and following up complaints, grievances and abuses received by the General Director\'s office by employees and the public, responding to them and submitting them to the Director General.
  • Preparing reports of achievement percentages in the office and submitting them to the line manager. Preparing the office budget in coordination with the competent units in the authority
  • Preparing the office\'s budget in coordination with the competent units in the entity.
  • Preparing and following up the implementation of the office\'s operational plan to ensure its balance with the entity\'s objectives.
  • Supervising the coordination process with the concerned authorities from inside and outside the entity to prepare all the necessary arrangements for the Director General\'s visits inside and outside the country and covering them in the media.
  • Preparing agendas for committees, conferences and meetings in which the Director General participates and related information and following up the implementation of decisions and recommendations. issued by it.
    • Supervising the preservation and archiving of all files and records related to the work of the Director General, while ensuring adherence to procedures for the safety and confidentiality of data and files.
    • Coordination and follow-up regarding the requirements of the Council of Ministers
    • Carry out public relations activities and protocols for the Director General in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
    • Periodic follow-up of performance indicators, raising the competencies of the department\'s employees, supervising their job commitment, and evaluating their annual performance.
    • Contribute effectively to the development of organizational goals and strategic plans to ensure the achievement of the overall organizational goals of the office.
    • Participate in the preparation of the strategic plan proposal for the office in order to achieve the objectives and strategy of the entity.
    • Participate in developing and motivating staff to extend efficiency and effectiveness and create a culture of team building and continuous learning to ensure delivery of services of the highest quality.
    • Providing administrative support and assistance, coordination and organizational follow-up of all matters and topics presented to the Director General.
    • Carrying out any other tasks related to the nature of the office\'s work or assigned to the office by the Director General.
    • Develop principles and controls for managing and directing operations in the office to prevent duplication of objectives and improve productivity. Second, conditions and requirements:
      1- He must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates.
      2- Qualifications: Bachelor\'s/Master\'s/PhD in Business Administration.
      3- Required experience: 10 years for bachelor\'s degree holders, 7 years for master\'s holders, and 5 years for doctoral holders.
      4- The required languages: Arabic and English.
      5- Salary: from 50,000 to 55,000 dirhams, to be determined after the interview.
