The role:

This is a full-time position and your core role is a landscape inspector, based in Dubai. You'll be spending most of your time in our 'guardianship' role - that means guiding clients and contractors through the build process and getting the best result for them, whilst nailing WILDEN's design vision each time. This'll include inspections of garden projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, assessing plant health, reviewing shop drawings and providing recommendations for maintenance and improvements.

The ideal person will be comfortable with the balance of technical construction, managing clients, suggesting design changes and communicating with all parties. It's a hard and soft kind of role.


You need:

  • Experience in landscape architecture, garden construction, horticulture, or similar
  • Knowledge of local plant species and landscaping practices
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Effective communication and reporting abilities
  • Physical ability to work outdoors and conduct on-site inspections
  • To be comfortable working remotely and
