Responsible for analyzing the customer's requests (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs) and extracts all details needed to generate a responsive proposal. Manages end to end customer bid submissions (technical and commercial proposals) throughout a process driven environment, and maintain proper log for all bids and submission. Develops and maintains best practices throughout the OTC lifecycle. Initiates bid kick-off meetings & puts the right bid action plan in place to deliver high quality bids to our customers. Evaluates and qualifies different opportunities and facilitates bid/no bid decision making. Manages the different internal stakeholders; Technical, Sales, legal, Finance, etc. As well as assigning and managing the external stakeholders; vendors, partners, suppliers, etc. Shall be capable of accurate escalation and make proper use of direct management bandwidth when needed Assists in negotiations with partners & contractors; their terms, quotes and challenged their technical inputs. Maintains constant follow-ups with all involved parties & departments to gather input on time for submission Provides consultation, gives recommendations & appropriate advice, and facilitates decisions. Provides support and assistance to other bid team members when needed. Understands, interprets and communicates technical and commercial concepts in a way appropriate to each customer type. Prepares technical, financial, legal, administrative proposals, and any required documentation in line with the customer's RFP. Writes descriptions, introductions, executive summaries, write-ups, etc. Prepares Bid Bond requests when required. Prepares proper business justifications and presentations for getting Management approval Consolidates and integrates the inputs and elements from the different stakeholders into a cohesive and persuasive proposal. Proofreads the proposals to track incorrect statements, instructions and spelling mistakes, and suggest corrections. Assures the quality of all inputs and elements received before including it in the proposal document. Reviews the proposals, looking into the details, ensuring E2E alignment with the customer's RFP instructions. Secures all proposals required approvals and sign it off from the review committee(s) Prints and packages the submissions according to the RFP instructions. Coordinating and following up with Operations Coordinators for proposal package delivery to the customer, and ensuring submission's package delivery on time without any delays. Upload and submits the proposals on customer's portal Acts as the customer focal point during the bid process which includes raising and responding to different clarifications or BAFOs. Keeps track of all correspondences and documents. Keeps track on daily basis of all communications on Customers Tender portals and extract any new tenders Conducts pre-sales activities with the Business Development team including briefings, qualification meetings, and presentations. Responsible for providing support on contractual matters related to Cloud Business with customers Sees through the effective and timely resolution of various contractual disputes (related to payment & invoices, penalties, taxes, termination scenarios, commercial disputes, breach scenarios etc) through direct interactions with clients Works closely with business development, legal, finance and service team to solve various issues related to the contracts, as soon as they arise Identifies and highlights key delivery and commercial risks to avoid penalties during the project implementation. Manages contractual risk(s) during pre-sales activities and during project implementation activities. Provides the necessary support to get contract signature Develops full understanding of the company's products and solutions portfolio. Actively participates in the sales forecast meetings; providing inputs and highlighting best practices and areas of development Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related G42 Policies and Procedures. Comply with G42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings. Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through G42 established incident reporting channels. Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information ad per G42 Policies and Procedures Acts as the quality gate and needs to secure sign-off on all proposals communicated to the customer Proposal Release authority Qualifications: To qualify, you must have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or equivalent is required; Advanced degree is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate and influence cross-functional teams Ability to work with virtual and cross function teams Command of financial metrics and tools Fluent in English, both speech and writing Ability to travel when needed
