YOUR MISSION - Your mission is to take care of the administrative aspect and relieve our CEO of the simplest to the most complex tasks and projects which require discretion and excellence and thus allow him to focus only on his area of genius. 1. Strategic right-hand man of our CEO and COO Proofreading contracts and coordinating legal projects with lawyers Perform research and build analysis tables Create professional-looking slides for business presentations; Own his calendar and anticipates his needs 2. Own the communication in David\xe2\x80\x99s inbox, Delight key partners or customers and CREATE AWE Manage our mailboxes and find the way to "Create Awe" (our main value) whether it is by a little note, an attention, or simply the effectiveness of the response Make sure that we maintain the connection with the people who matter. Own David\xe2\x80\x99s inbox in his social media 3. Document and organize the company\'s procedures and systems and actively participate in the operational excellence of the teams // COO Creation of processes and improvement of existing ones Help the team extract the steps necessary for the excellence of a task Take notes of a meeting, and format them
4. Manage projects of different Magnitude from A to Z and follow associated tasks
