Job Objective:

In this role, data analysis and insights generation play a critical role in informing the planning process and supporting decision-making. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and execution of effective content strategies. Additionally, your attention to detail and coordination skills will ensure that all necessary information and assets are prepared and ready for release, while also monitoring and updating relevant systems.

Project Planning
Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, to understand project requirements. Create project timelines, milestones, and budgets. Coordinate the allocation of resources, including talent and equipment, for each project. Ensure that project briefs are clear, concise, and align with the organization\'s goals and objectives. Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient workflows for creative projects. Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues that may affect timelines. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that everyone understands their roles. Prioritize and schedule projects based on their importance and deadlines. Traffic Management: Act as the central point of contact for all creative project requests. Review incoming project requests, assess their feasibility, and determine resource availability. Assign projects to the appropriate teams or individuals based on their skill sets and availability. Maintain a system for tracking the status of each project and ensuring that they move through the production pipeline smoothly. Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all creative work meets the organization\'s standards and brand guidelines. Review and approve creative assets before they are delivered to clients or stakeholders. Provide feedback and revisions to creative teams to improve the quality of their work. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in creative projects. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, potential delays, and any changes to project scope. Act as a liaison between clients, marketing teams, and creative departments. Technology and Tools: Stay up-to-date with project management and collaboration tools that can streamline creative operations and traffic management. Implement and optimize software and systems to improve workflow efficiency. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, such as resource constraints, scope changes, or conflicting priorities. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimize project disruptions. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analytics on project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project completion times, resource utilization, and budget adherence. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve creative operations and traffic management processes Key Responsibilities: Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (may vary by industry). Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role, with a focus on operating and optimizing advertising campaigns. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software, advertising platforms, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of the industry, advertising trends, and campaign optimization strategies. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
