Responsibilities contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, persuading them that your products or services (rather than those of competitors) can best satisfy those needs, closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions, and providing an after-sale service. As a " Brand & Business Development Assistant Manager" , you'll need to:
  • Analize, Identify & Qualify areas of growth on continuous basis.
  • Launch of brands, developing sales channel and distribution for them on continuous basis.
  • Planning & executing various marketing initiatives from time to time.
  • Offering product information and technical support to customers.
  • arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital & their teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
  • make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in hospital and vet pharmacists in the retail sector
  • Organize conferences for doctors and other Veterinary staff
  • build and maintain positive working relationships with customer staff and support administrative staff
  • keep detailed records of all contacts
  • reach, and if possible exceed, annual sales targets
  • win new customers, as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones
  • plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
  • regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings
  • keep up to date with the latest technical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with veterinary professionals during presentations
  • Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
  • monitor competitor activity and competitors' products
  • keep up to date with new developments in the market, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly
  • develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the his respective sector Qualifications This career is open to Veterinary Graduates who are in the field of Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Brand Management. The following qualifications are required to apply for the position:
    • UAE Veterinary Pet market experience
    • UAE Driver's License (Required)
    • Language
      • English (required)
      • Arabic (bonus) Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
