We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical operations and drive innovation in our Bitcoin mining processes. The CTO will play a pivotal role in recruiting the technical team and implementing cutting-edge solutions to optimize efficiency, scalability, and profitability across our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the technical strategy to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our Bitcoin mining facility. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mining infrastructure, including hardware selection, network architecture, and software systems. Oversee the development and maintenance of mining software and tools to enhance performance, monitoring, and automation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and sustainability, to align technical initiatives with business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge. Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of leadership in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale Bitcoin mining operations. Extensive experience with mining hardware, ASICs, as well as proficiency in mining software and protocols. Deep understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity best practices, and data center operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize performance and mitigate risks in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead a technical team.
