HR Manager Requirements:

\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in human resources or related field.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in educating and coaching staff.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to give presentations.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
