PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE: Financial Management: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets. Monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collections: Oversee the collections process, including invoicing, follow-ups, and reconciliations. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments. Implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow. Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular financial reports and presentations for senior management. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and collections activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and operations. Provide guidance and support to the finance and collections team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement efficient procedures. Streamline collections processes to improve efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables. Suggest and implement technological solutions to optimize finance and collections functions. TECHINICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Technical Skills Financial Analysis Accounting Principles and software knowledge Budgeting and Forecasting Financial Software Proficiency Risk Management Regulatory Compliance Investment Analysis Cash Flow Management Data Interpretation and Presentation Taxation Knowledge Real Estate/ Retail Finance Understanding Project Management Competencies: Leadership Skills Stakeholder management Communication skills Presentation Skills QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. Proven experience (10+ years) in finance, accounting, or collections, preferably in the retail or real estate sector. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
