The brand-new observatory offers guests to access Levels 52 and 53 of the twin Address Skyview towers. The height of the observation deck is 220 meters which has Glass Slide, Glass Floor and Edge Walk experiences to offer.

**ABOUT THE FUNCTION**

The Guest Services function for Sky View engages in providing exceptional experience to visitors, promoting Dubai as a visitor destination, driving great guest satisfaction and customer experience across activities.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Minimum 2 years of Customer facing role experience including cash handling.
- Minimum 6 months of Customer/Guest Service experience gained preferably in a hospitality or retail environment. Need at a minimum to join the team.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s from a recognized University/College.

**PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST**
- Providing exceptional service, resulting in positive customer experience.
- Managing tours and hosting activities, ticket sales, crowd control and lift operations.
- Displays an active understanding of landmarks, attractions, visitor activities in Dubai as a tourist destination and proactively promoting the same and At the Top - Burj Khalifa and its other products and services to create up-sell opportunities.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures, code of conduct, Health, Safety and Security procedures including Evacuation and Emergency.
