Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced strong Site Engineer strong to supervise and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities for strong structural steel steel erection fabrication installation PEB metal works facade aluminium cladding and construction projects strong The Site Engineer will be responsible for strong site execution installation erection work-front planning manpower coordination drawing interpretation quantity tracking quality coordination inspections progress monitoring subcontractor coordination and site reporting strong The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating activities from strong mobilization and site preparation through installation inspection completion snagging and handover strong

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily strong site execution construction installation and erection activities strong Manage site activities in accordance with strong approved drawings IFC drawings shop drawings specifications method statements ITPs project schedules and contractual requirements strong Coordinate strong structural steel erection and installation strong activities including columns beams rafters bracing trusses platforms stairs handrails ladders canopies and secondary steel Supervise strong steel fabrication delivery lifting erection alignment bolting welding and installation strong activities Coordinate with strong Project Engineers Planning Engineers QA QC Engineers HSE Officers subcontractors fabricators surveyors consultants and client representatives strong Review strong IFC drawings structural drawings fabrication drawings erection drawings shop drawings BOQs specifications and construction details strong Ensure site execution follows the latest strong approved-for-construction drawings and revisions strong Check dimensions levels elevations grid lines anchor bolt locations connection details and installation tolerances Coordinate strong surveying setting out leveling alignment positioning and dimensional verification strong Monitor strong steel erection sequence strong and ensure materials are installed according to approved erection methodology Coordinate strong crane lifting rigging access equipment MEWP scaffolding lifting plans and material handling strong activities with relevant teams Monitor strong bolt tightening torqueing welding connection installation alignment plumbness leveling and structural stability strong Coordinate site strong welding bolting mechanical fixing chemical anchoring grouting and connection works strong Monitor installation of strong PEB structures roof systems wall panels cladding flashing gutters louvers canopies skylights and architectural metalwork strong where applicable Coordinate strong facade aluminium cladding stainless steel handrail railing staircase canopy and miscellaneous metalwork installation strong Prepare and maintain strong daily site reports progress reports manpower reports material reports equipment reports and site activity records strong Track strong planned versus actual site progress strong and report delays constraints and productivity issues Coordinate with Planning Engineers regarding strong daily targets weekly look-ahead plans work-front availability project milestones and recovery plans strong Monitor strong manpower productivity work quantities installation rates and daily output strong Allocate manpower and coordinate strong site crews foremen technicians welders riggers helpers operators and subcontractors strong Ensure adequate strong materials tools equipment lifting equipment consumables and access strong are available before commencing activities Coordinate with Stores and Logistics regarding strong material delivery unloading storage material identification and site availability strong Verify delivered materials against strong delivery notes material specifications approved submittals drawings and BOQ requirements strong Coordinate material inspections and ensure proper storage and protection of materials at site Raise and follow up strong MIR Material Inspection Request strong and coordinate material inspection and approval Prepare and coordinate strong WIR Work Inspection Request strong for completed installation and construction activities Coordinate strong WMR Work Material Inspection Reports strong and inspection documentation as required Coordinate with QA QC for strong ITP inspection points hold points witness points testing NCRs punch lists and quality records strong Ensure completed works comply with strong approved method statements project specifications drawings standards and quality requirements strong Identify and report strong non-conformities defects installation issues rework requirements and quality concerns strong Coordinate strong NCR closure corrective actions snagging punch list clearance and final inspection strong Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for strong site inspections approvals technical clarifications and work acceptance st
