  • Support on typing the related Govt applications / transactions of (such as e-work permit and residence permit, new / renew Labour card, Labour contract/offer, new / renewal of Residence Visa, Medical, etc.).
  • Check on financial matching/reconciling the governmental fees of MoHRE / Immigration systems (i.e. Tasheel, E-vision - E-channel, GDRFA with the payment/support report, & posting them on Oracle application.
  • Support in drafting & documenting correspondences related to Letters, IOMs, etc.
  • Act as a focal point for PR related work (receiving/forwarding correspondence /documents)

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification required Secondary school
  • 2 years of experience as MOHRE Typist is must
  • Good command on Arabic Typing
  • Good communication skills with basic IT knowledge and fast typing skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour & Immigration rules.
