Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, and manage timesheets from heavy equipment operators.
  • Ensure that timesheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Review timesheets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Enter timesheet data into the company's designated database or software accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for timesheets, ensuring easy retrieval and reference when needed.
  • Generate reports summarizing hours worked by employees, equipment usage, and any other relevant data required by management.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues with timesheets to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in accounting, business administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in timesheet management or a similar coordination role is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with timesheet software, databases, and spreadsheets / excels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment operations and terminology is a plus.
  • Languages: Hindi / Arabic is a plus
