Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR
Overview:
We are searching for a highly seasoned Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR with a minimum of 10 years of extensive HR expertise. The role involves reporting directly to the Managing Director and ensuring the provision of effective HR and Administrative services in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategies (15%)
• Provide proactive recommendations and strategic support to Management and Section Heads within the HR domain.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures at the organizational level.
• Manage employee recognition programs to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management on the creation and updates of the organizational structure in line with the Manpower Budget and Organizational changes.
Performance Management (15%)
• Oversee organization-wide Performance Management, ensuring timely completion of goal-setting and appraisal processes.
• Work closely with management and Heads of Departments to design and implement career growth initiatives for employees.
Compensation & Benefits (15%)
• Enhance Compensation and benefits strategies by optimizing job descriptions, implementing job evaluations, and refining salary and benefits structures.
Recruitment (15%)
• Analyze the Manpower Budget at the Organizational level and participate in the Annual Manpower Budget exercise.
• Arrange recruitment in alignment with the approved manpower budget and conduct induction formalities for new hires.
HR Operations (15%)
• Proficiently manage HR operations including Leave and Attendance Management, payroll processing, employee record updates, disciplinary procedures, and Service Benefits.
• Ensure timely processing of medical insurance matters and maintain updated HRMS records.
Administration & Projects (40%)
• Oversee coordination with Telecommunication Channel Partners, procurement of company assets, office maintenance, travel arrangements, and deep cleaning sessions.
• Manage all PRO tasks including visas, labour contracts, and coordination with government offices.
• Work on special assignments as directed by Management and participate in HR meetings providing updates and insights.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
• Graduate education in HR. Knowledge and experience in MS Office, and HR Management software are required.
• Nice to have a Membership with HR networking groups.
Key Attributes:
• Bilingual in English/Arabic or English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Local driver's license preferred.
