We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide support to sales, admin, purchase, accounts and other departments as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage delivery calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
