We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.Responsibilities:
- Communicate between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to sales, admin, purchase, accounts and other departments as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage delivery calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
