Introduction to the role 

Are you ready to rev up your career in the fast lane? We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual with a passion for the Porsche brand and products, to take the wheel as our Community Marketing Specialist. Your mission? Be the driving force behind coordinating and supporting Porsche clubs in our region. You work will also include our Porsche Community strategy, events, and initiatives that resonate with Porsche enthusiasts, ensuring an unparalleled connection with our passionate community.

Job Responsibilities

Community Strategy:

Developing and continuously reviewing a holistic regional community strategy covering all relevant aspects and opportunities tailored to our region. Definition of reporting tools and continuous tracking of community management KPIs.

Porsche Club Coordination: 

Coordination and support of the Porsche Clubs (club structures, foundation/dissolvement, branding, CI, events etc.) in our markets in conjunctions with respective importers. Steering and promoting the expansion of the Porsche Club landscape in the region including the integration of future strategic topics in the club scene (digitalization, professionalization, electrification, sustainability etc.) 

Independent car culture communities: 

Research about independent car culture communities (ICCs) in the region, identifying collaboration potential and establishing connections to the communities. 

Porsche owned community spaces: 

Responsible for growing the member count in all other owned community space in the market (e.g. ROADS, Golf Circle, GT Circle). Identifying local key opinion leaders in each community app and connecting with them to further drive customer engagement. Showing market activities and integrating the Porsche Golf Cups/PEC race track events into global Porsche Golf Circle /GT Circle. 

Events& Activations: 

Identify opportunities for integrating Porsche Communities into regional and importer-led event platforms. Plan and execute regional events and activations for Porsche communities. 

QualificationsQualifications

Essential Criteria

Degree in Business Administration, main subject Marketing or comparable education. Relevant work experience in Marketing, community and/or events management, Automotive industry experience is an advantage. Profound knowledge and interest in the Porsche brand and products. Flexibility in travel required. Proactive, resourceful and creative. Experience in customer relationship- and conflict management. Awareness of Social Media tools and outreach strategies . Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment. Professional in Microsoft-Office knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. High level of proficiency in English.
