Job Purpose
Provide IT infrastructure support to IS&T and Business users.
Support End User Computing/Desktop Support Team and ensure optimum IT infrastructure support services to all users.
IT Inventory management.
Key Accountabilities
1. Assist NBF users with their computer desktop systems and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
2. Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs
3. Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems
4. End user computing security
5. Discuss with staff members the problems faced and how to help find a solution.
6. Responsible for ordering of computer systems that are required and work in close liaison with Administration for supplies after carefully assessing the computer needs.
7. Maintaining other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solving printing problems as and when they arise.
8. Maintain IT Hardware Asset Inventory

The job holder plays a key role in maintaining the IT hardware inventory. The jobholder would recommend appropriate IT approaches and solutions to cater to growing needs of the Bank to help keep up with the latest technology in the banking world.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / MCA from a recognised university
Experience and Skills
Professional Qualifications (Desired)
MCDST/CompTIA A+, HDI-DAST
ITIL V4 (F)
Work Experience (Required)
5 years experience in Desktop configuration and support
2-3 years experience in IT inventory management.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes (Required)
Good knowledge in Desktop configuration and support
Good command of English.
