Qualifications:

Ph.D. Preferred in Nursing

Experience Required:

10 years of working experience in Educational Institutions

5 years in a Leadership Role

Worked in Student Admissions, Registrar, Student Services Management,

Worked in a Multicultural Environment – preferred

Skills Required:

Student Services Management

Administration and Management

Customer and Personnel Service

Language:

English: Fluency oral and written – IELTS 7.0

Arabic: Fluency oral and written

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Comply with EHS Policies, Programs and Procedures as per IAT/ADVETI EHSMS-General Framework and take responsibility for any aspect of EHS that they are involved in

Supervise and oversee the daily operation of the College and its programs

Provide leadership in all areas of management and campus operations

Assure compliance with all the academic governing bodies internally and externally

Prepare and provide appropriate information for annual student enrolment and operations budget

Adhere to the approved operational and capital equipment budgets

Follow appropriate procedures as established by the IAT/HR Department through effective supervision, coordination of recruitment, selection, and training, developing, and maintaining a productive workforce

Responsible for planning, overseeing work, jointly appraising employee performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems

Maintain a safe and quality working and learning environment including the facility and grounds

Conduct all the events and activities held within the premises of the Campus.

Ensure the fair administration and application of the Policies and Procedures

Work closely with Registrar, Administration , Academic Department and Student Services

Ensure adherence by the students to Policies and Procedures and address complaints and concerns

Participate in new student orientation, program advisory meetings and appreciation events

Supervise the delivery of approved educational programs and curriculum

Establish regular staff meetings to ensure communication and feedback on maintenance work process

Enforce Administrative Laws and Regulations

Rectify and report academic and administrative violations and report any abusive cases
