A carnival of eye popping colour, mouthwatering culinary creations and passion for life, it brings the energy and entertainment of the Latino festival to the heart of the Middle East This new South American dining and entertainment destination transcends the realms of the obvious with tableside theatrics, spectacular costumes, and exquisite cuisine to deliver a truly uplifting, inspiring, and joyous experience. We will redefine the social dining scene as we know it.As a Chef de Partie, you will manage and organize the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen you will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organise all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance to the standard operating procedures. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes. Ideally, we’d love you to have a Diploma in Catering or 3-5 years’ experience in a luxury 5-star international chain. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, hold health and safety certification, completed an apprenticeship program or have been a chef’s trainee for at least 2 years.
