Proficiency in the language, both written and spoken
2+ years of teaching Experience
Knowledge of language proficiency standards and language teaching methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Teacher will be required to send weekly reports to the manager/director providing information on the students' progress and weekly lesson planning.
- The Teacher will be attending meetings regularly to refresh and share ideas about the teacher method.
- Preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities
- Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of pupils' progress and development
- Providing outstanding teaching to maximize students' achievement.
- Ensuring all students are able to thrive and engage in learning to achieve above and beyond their highest potential, whilst developing personal and employability skills.
- Managing all facilities and activities related to promoting student learning; this includes course assessments, competitions, extracurricular activities, and initiatives.
- Keep a record of students' attendance and grades.
- Managing student behavior in the classroom
- Providing support by invigilating exams as needed in an adequate and properly managed exam environment.
- Support for the academically low performing students, to help improve and get motivated to reach their potential.
- Other tasks deemed appropriate by the Language Center Manager
- Encouraging students, keeping them motivated and engaged through dynamic activities.
- Including a culturally based activity in the weekly lesson planning.
- Sending out course work to students and marking it to make sure that they keep their consistency in the learning.
- Learning Materials should be implemented as per the language training center standards and guidance.
- Teacher responsibility is Implementing the system (online portal) to the students.
