Job Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and fosters innovation within the organisation.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, encouraging professional growth and ensuring their expertise is leveraged effectively.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and security systems.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, identifying cost optimisation opportunities while ensuring the effective allocation of resources to meet business needs.
• Lead the company's digital transformation efforts, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement, automation, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Lead the development of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines covering technology usage, data security, and system maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• UAE National with Family Book
• 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in various IT roles, complemented by successful team management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing IT teams.
