This role is full time and can be remote or Hybrid. The role requires working within the marketing team to complete technical requests related to the marketing department, building HTML emailers and handling all company websites (5+ company sites) – including design, building and updating websites, along with keeping sites optimized with SEO updates, building landing pages, and updating content.

5+ years experience, fluent in english and desired skill set is listed below:

• Update and manage website content, including media, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Design and develop responsive email templates HTML, specializing in compatibility with Gmail and Outlook platforms.
• Create and manage dashboards for event leads, integrating export features for data analysis. The task involves crafting tailored dashboards for event leads using PHP, HTML, and CSS, and embedding functionalities for data export. This includes designing dynamic and interactive dashboards for marketing teams.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and glitches within websites and applications.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

• Implement on-page SEO strategies within website development, emphasizing metadata insertion (title, tags, meta descriptions), sitemap, and robot.txt implementation. Ensure H1-H6 heading optimization with relevant keywords for improved search engine visibility and rankings. Experience in structuring web elements for SEO enhancement is a plus and build landing pages for marketing campaigns.

• Manage technical aspects of website operations, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
• Oversee server management, website backups, and security protocols.

• Administer backend and frontend operations for multiple websites, ensuring smooth functionality and user-friendly interfaces. Manage databases, server-side scripting, and security measures while optimizing UI for enhanced user experience. Requires expertise in backend technologies, frontend development, and proactive maintenance for optimal website performance.

• Proficiency in integrating Zoho and Active Campaign systems into website structures is required for this role. The responsibilities include utilizing the Zoho plugin for WordPress to seamlessly embed lead forms and transmit data to Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications. Additionally, developing custom integration modules using PHP libraries is essential for tailored connections, ensuring accurate data transmission and synchronization between the website’s lead forms and Zoho systems. Expertise in both the Zoho plugin for WordPress and custom PHP integration is necessary to efficiently manage data flow and enhance website functionality.
• Configure and manage lead generation forms for effective user engagement and data collection.

This is a full time job that requires 9 hours per day, with all tasks and time to be accounted for on a tracker and time sheet monthly. Salary is 2100 USD monthly for the ideal candidate.
