We are looking for a
Project Coordinator
for a
p
ermanent position with our customer developing a Solar Farm in
UAE.
Our customer is part of a larger Group of companies developing Electrical Vehicles and Solar Panels factory in the UAE.
The Company is listed in New York Stock Exchange and is the largest investment for a UAE based company in NASDAQ.
The company has a factory in Kizad (Abu Dhabi) and its corporate headquarters located in
Dubai Digital Park.
The company s objective is to be the first UAE company to develop a full ecosystem by producing Premium Electric Passenger Cars, Solar Panels and Solar Farm in the UAE.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and your responsibilities will be:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Requirements
some previous experience as Project Coordinator or in PMO role ideally in Solar Farn or similar construction projects
Very Good English verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Office Suite and MS Project.
Good organization skills and ability to follow-up on government administrative processes
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Motivating salary depending on experience

Bachelors degree or Master.
