Job OpeningBIM Modeller - 100% (m/f)The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with a focus on infrastructure projects. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models to ensure that all project specifications are met.Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models to ensure seamless project execution.Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols across projects to ensure consistency and quality.Utilize BIM software (Revit and Tekla) to produce detailed 3D models and construction documentation.Perform quality control checks on models and drawings to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically within infrastructure projects.Proficiency in BIM software, including but not limited to Revit and Tekla.Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
