Responsibilities
Archer GRC Administration: Configure, customize, and maintain the Archer GRC tool to align with organizational cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies.Technical Support: Provide frontline support to internal users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Archer GRC and other integrated cybersecurity systems.Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements within the Archer GRC environment to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen security posture.Incident Response: Contribute to the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents, leveraging Archer GRC for analysis and reporting.User Training: Conduct training sessions to educate users on Archer GRC functionalities and best practices.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Archer GRC configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
Location: Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in implementing, managing, and supporting the Archer GRC tool.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Riyadh, KSA, for work assignments.Desired Qualifications:Certifications: Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Archer Certified Professional).Knowledge of Other Tools: Familiarity with complementary cybersecurity tools and systems.
