The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.ResponsibilitiesMain DutiesMeets and observes a wide variety of guidelines and regulations set by Aldar Education, ADEK and other regulatory bodies.Spreads awareness of policies, procedures and guidelines between staff, students and parents to ensure a compliance culture within the school.Is up to date with all changes in ADEK admissions and registration policies and procedures.Manages and coordinates all communications and requests from/to the ADEK.Liaises with ADEK and other governmental entities as necessary to ensure effective and expedient communication, whilst building strong relationships.Provides information to and receives information from ADEK and deals with associated requests appropriately.Is aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.Contributes to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school.Participates in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.Reports compliance issues and recommends solutions.Always ensures the highest levels of integrity and confidentialitySpecific DutiesServes as an English-to-Arabic and Arabic-to-English translator for the schoolTranslates key policies and documents from English to Arabic and vice versa including completion of Arabic documentation for ADEKActs as an interpreter at parent-pupil meetings, as requiredMaintains the ADEK system including PD to ensure complianceEnsures new employees are compliant with ADEK staffing policies including policy 26 for staff licensing and qualifications.Monitors the school’s current employees’ appointment letter expiration and ensuresrenewals took place whilst communicating with employees on document submissionEnsures all school employees and external employees are registered on ADEK PASS system and have been issued an ADEK approval/appointment lettersFollows up with employees on required documents to ensure compliance with ADEK system.Prepares documentation for employee visa approvals (new & renewals) and liaises with the Typist and Public Relations Officer to process on time.Liaises and coordinates with the PRO to issue the employees’ visa and labour contract to be compliant with the issued ADEK appointment letters.Liaises with HRO if the employee fails to provide the required documents to comply with ADEK PASS system.Monitors school license on Emiratisation % to be in compliance with Government Regulations.Maintains Employee filling, archiving and document control.Ensure registration of new students is reflected on the ADEK eSIS system.Ensures all current student records are accurate and up to date with respect to their eSIS registration.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMinimum diploma in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management or any related field,Minimum Experience1+ years of proven experience in administration/HR or other relevant positionsJob Specific Knowledge & SkillsGood Arabic and English communication skills (verbal & writing).Proficient computer, system and MS office skills.Ability to perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.High sense of urgency.Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with a committee or a team.Stress & Time management skills.An understanding and knowledge of ADEK legislation, policies and procedures as well as inspection regime and requirements.Don’t miss out on thisn’t m exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
